Typically, our products require 1-5 business days for processing and shipping. (Exclusions apply to specific items; please see product details.)

Standard Shipping (4PX, SF Express, or Yun Express) and Express (USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Order Tracking:
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This email will include a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order using our Track Order page by entering your order number.
Multiple Shipments:
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. There’s no additional charge for multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Customs and Duties:
No customs duties are paid on shipments sent from our warehouses. For items shipped from our overseas locations, duties are prepaid to avoid additional fees upon arrival.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in our product prices, and we do not have control over their amounts.
Shipping Restrictions for Battery Items:
If your order includes items with batteries, these cannot be shipped via air due to safety regulations. Even if you select the "Express" option, battery items will be shipped using standard shipping methods. The extra charge for Express shipping will be refunded to you. We appreciate your understanding.
