28 December Update: In order to provide a safe environment for both our customers and our business, we are currently accepting PayPal orders only.

Due to an increased number of fraudulent credit card orders, we have temporarily suspended credit card payments. 

Please use PayPal while we are working on this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that might cause.

If you have placed an order with your credit card between August 31 - September 7 2023 and it has been cancelled and refunded without notice, please send us an inquiry at cutelalaco@outlook.com

If you have received an email from cutelalaco@outlook.com requesting proof of credit card ownership after placing an order, please cooperate and follow our instructions. We might request a credit card or bank statement that has your billing name and address on it. 

Before sending any document over, please double check that the email you received is from cutelalaco@outlook.com (the only email address we'll be using for communication), and blur any sensitive information such as transactions and balance.

If you fail or refuse to provide the documents we request, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

A: No, for security reasons, we do not accept concealed cash or money orders.

Q: What currency do you accept?
